The food you eat provides nutrients essential to your health – see how well your diet compares to the UK’s recommended nutrient intakes and get personalised advice with a Nutritional Review.
Understand Your Nutrition
Identify any gaps in your nutrient intake, compared to the UK recommended levels, based on your current diet.
If you exclude any food groups, for any reason, you may not be eating the variety of foods you need.
Boost Your Diet
Through analysis of your diet and discussion of your lifestyle, we will identify practical ways that you can boost your nutrient intake to achieve a better balance.
Improvement actions will be based on your preferences, ethics and lifestyle choices.
Support Your Health
The UK recommended nutrition intakes are designed to help maintain general good health and reduce the risk of deficiency, which can contribute to ill-health.
Protect your health by ensuring you are meeting or exceeding the recommendations.
Who is a Nutritional Review for?
If you have avoid any food or nutrient groups (carbs or fats for example) from your diet, whatever the reason, a Nutritional Review could give you valuable insight. Whenever we remove foods from our diet, for any reason, we risk reducing our nutrient intake. It’s important to replace these foods with nutrient-dense alternatives to fill those gaps.
Your body relies on nutrients to function properly, and missing nutrients may contribute to ill-health. Carrying out a Nutritional Review of your diet can help you give your body what it needs to maintain general good health.
*This service is not appropriate if you have diagnosed health conditions, have medically identified nutrient deficiencies, take prescribed medication/are receiving medical treatment, or have concerns about your weight. In these instances, Nutritional Therapy could be more appropriate.

What to Expect
Nutritional Reviews begin with your current diet – you’ll be required to complete a health questionnaire and detailed 7-day diet diary (it doesn’t have to be consecutive days). This will be reviewed at your 30-45 minute Nutritional Needs Review, following which I’ll carry out the analysis and consider the personalised, practical changes you need to make.
You’ll receive the results of your analysis at a 60 minute Nutrition Analysis Feedback Session. You’ll receive a detailed report of your nutrient intake (including macros and 25 vitamins and minerals) and my recommendations. We’ll discuss what you feel is realistic and appropriate for you to form your unique Healthier Habits Action Plan.
If you want more support, I offer Progress Check-Ins, which are based on your action plan (see below).
Consultations are conducted online only (but can be by telephone for anyone without suitable internet access).
