These one-off, one-hour, online sessions are intended to help you improve the one aspect of your diet that you would are struggling with.
We’ll take a general overview of your diet and your concerns, and give you an action plan of changes you can make to help you achieve your goal.
How the sessions work
Once you’ve booked your session using the form below, I’ll contact you to confirm your Friday slot. You’ll then receive a short questionnaire asking for some important information ahead of the session, including:
- basic information about your current eating habits
- what it is you want to discuss in the session
At the online session we will identify a strategy and action plan to help you achieve your goals.
After the session I’ll send you a summary of the key points of our discussion alongside your agreed action plan and any helpful resources.
I won’t dictate generic, idealistic actions to you – we’ll discuss what will work for you based on your dietary preferences and lifestyle.
