Who is a Power Hour for?
If you have a dietary concern but are short on time and don’t want to commit to programmes and package, a Nutrition Power Hour is for you.
The sessions are designed to help you find solutions to a dietary habit you’d like to improve, for example:
- You would like to increase or decrease a particular type of food in your diet
- You would like to improve your diet but you’re not sure where to start
- You have a snack habit that you would like to reduce or stop.

How the sessions work
Once you’ve booked your session using the form below, I’ll contact you to confirm your Friday slot. You’ll then receive a short questionnaire asking for some important information ahead of the session, including:
- basic information about your current eating habits
- what it is you want to discuss in the session.
Having this information by the Wednesday before we meet will allow me to have any resources available to go through with you (there’s no me point wasting time in your hour looking for useful handouts, etc!).
At the online session we’ll review your diet and concerns, and agree an action plan of changes to help you achieve your goal.
After the session I’ll send you a summary of the key points of our discussion, your agreed action plan and any helpful resources.
I won’t dictate generic, idealistic actions to you – we’ll discuss what will work for you based on your dietary preferences and lifestyle.
